Using Dealocale

By creating an account or using Dealocale, you agree to provide accurate information, protect access to your account, and use the service lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for activity completed through your account.

Customer accounts and redemptions

Each customer account must have its own verified mobile line before it can use a deal, and one verified mobile line may be connected to only one Dealocale account. Deal availability, eligibility, limits, and expiration details appear with each offer. Customers must follow the published terms and may not create duplicate accounts or manipulate identity, location information, activation records, or redemption limits.

Offers are fulfilled by the participating business. A business may refuse a redemption or correct, suspend, or revoke an offer because of an error, misuse, a safety concern, unavailable products or services, or unmet deal terms—but never for an unlawfully discriminatory reason. Dealocale does not guarantee that a business will accept or fulfill an offer. Check with the business before making a special trip or purchase.

Participating businesses

Businesses must satisfy Dealocale's local-business eligibility standards and complete verification before publishing. Business owners are responsible for accurate storefront information, lawful offers, inventory or service availability, taxes, customer service, and honoring valid redemptions that meet their published terms.

Dealocale may review, return, correct, suspend, or remove storefronts and deals when needed to protect customers, businesses, or the integrity of the marketplace.

Plans, credits, and payments

Paid plans, billing periods, included launch credits, Flex Credits, and placement benefits are described at purchase. Checkout terms shown at the time of purchase control the transaction. Subscription changes generally take effect as stated during confirmation; non-expiring Flex Credits remain subject to these terms and account standing.

Content and acceptable use

You keep responsibility for content you upload and grant Dealocale permission to display it as needed to operate and promote the service. Dealocale is a family-friendly marketplace. Do not upload sexually explicit, graphically violent, hateful, unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate material; impersonate another person or business; scrape the service; evade limits; or interfere with Dealocale's operation.

Dealocale may remove inappropriate content immediately. Depending on severity or repeated violations, an account may receive a strike, lose publishing access, or be suspended or closed.

Account actions

Dealocale may limit, suspend, or close accounts and remove content when these terms are violated, verification fails, payment is not completed, activity presents risk, or action is reasonably needed to protect the service or its users.

Service availability

Dealocale is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, and uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Deal records and estimated savings are informational and should not replace a business's point-of-sale, accounting, tax, or inventory records.
